Announcement - Karen Donahue PT, DPT

It is with significant shock and great sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Donahue, PT, DPT on August 30, 2021. Karen had served as the Executive Director of the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy since 2018. Prior to this, she served for nine years as the investigator for the Board. As a Physical Therapist, Karen loved the profession and all those that it served. Her service to the Arizona Physical Therapy Board was a direct manifestation of that love. We extend our sincere condolences to all who knew and loved her. Although she will be greatly missed, the Board members and staff are committed to ensuring all essential services are provided.
